Deanna came to us initially looking for a fresh logo and decided to go with a brand ​kit + social media strategy bundle. Her overall goal is to utilize social media primarily ​as a portfolio, with a secondary goal of bringing in new clients by providing aesthetic ​content that showcases her work.

Pain points of target audience

Struggle finding a nail tech that offers not only quality services but also a hygienic ​and relaxing environment, as cleanliness is a top concern when it comes to personal ​grooming. Additionally, busy schedules can make it challenging for clients to find ​convenient appointment times, leading to frustration and missed opportunities for ​self-care. Lastly, clients may feel overwhelmed by the variety of services available ​and seek guidance on which treatments best suit their needs, highlighting the ​importance of a knowledgeable tech.

Strategy sneak peek summary

We recommend posting three times a week, as it will take some time to gather a ​sufficient amount of content, with the long-term goal of increasing to five posts per ​week. She should capture a minimum of 3-5 quick photos of client results to allow ​for editing options. We educated her on how to create engaging content, utilize ​SEO strategies, select effective hashtags, set up filming equipment, and optimize ​her profile, among other techniques to help her page grow. For example, using a ​ring light or natural lighting, opting for simple white backgrounds for client results, ​and taking photos around the shop, such as new polish arrivals, tool setups, and the ​overall shop layout. A content calendar will be provided each month which will be ​adjusted based on monthly analytics.
